Sarah is an OHA licensed psilocybin facilitator and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With a profound commitment to holistic healing, she combines her expertise in psychedelic therapy with her background in mental health practice to guide individuals on transformative journeys. As a licensed PMHNP, she has specialized in treating PTSD, addictions and other mental health disorders, drawing upon her formal education and nearly 20 years of experience in psychiatric care. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, lovingkindness, equanimity, understanding, and a belief in the innate capacity for healing within each individual. She also has a background in neurology and extensive knowledge and practice with psychopharmacology. She has an integrative psychiatric practice based out of the Portland metro area. She completed her training in psychedelic assisted therapy in 2023 and as a psilocybin facilitator in 2023. She has a long history with psychedelics and understands the profound impact these substances can have on an individual, as well as idyllically, humanity and our planet. In her role as a psilocybin facilitator, she hopes to leverage the potential of psilocybin-assisted therapy to facilitate profound spiritual experiences and promote psychological well-being. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore the depths of their consciousness, helping them navigate through personal challenges and find meaning in their journey toward healing and growth. Being at the forefront of the evolving field of psychedelic-assisted therapy, she stays informed about the latest research and developments. Rates: $1000-$1500 (includes 2 prep + 2 integration sessions along with the journey session), utilizing a standard income-based sliding scale.
